Service Description
Feel free to bring along your wedding dress or you can use our sample (if we still have it) of the style you have ordered from us. Please note the £10 appointment charge can be taken off any accessories order made as a result of the appointment. This is to ensure attendance on the day and covers admin costs in the event of non attendance or non purchase.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy that is chargeable at £35 if not attended or cancelled within the 48 hour period prior to the appointment. (This is only on free services.) On paid for services the amount paid is lost if cancelling less that 48hrs prior to the appointment but no extra charges are due.
